J3 Team Building Group Picture

Kumpulan Jebco, Jebplus and Jebauto (J3) recently held a team building trip that brought together employees from multiple departments and companies. The trip was held over two days and included activities such as team building games, treasure hunting and raft building. But beyond the fun and games, the trip served as a reminder of the company’s resilience and persistence during the pandemic.

In a speech given by top management during the trip, they highlighted the challenges the company faced during the pandemic and how, as a team we managed to not only brave through the rough times and even break records. Despite the difficulties, Kumpulan Jebco remained committed to its mission of providing quality products and services to its customers.

Throughout the trip, participants were randomly divided into teams, encouraging collaboration and teamwork. The activities were designed to challenge participants to work together to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. By the end of the trip, not only did everyone have a great time, but they also achieved new heights and strengthened their relationships with their colleagues.

The team building trip also coincided with a heartwarming company dinner where long service awards were presented to employees who had been with the company for 5 to 35 years. This served as a testament to the company’s commitment and recognition to its employees and their contributions.
